Robbery Attempt at Chico Pharmacy

Chico Police say a man tried to get oxycodone during a robbery attempt at a local pharmacy this morning.   A man reportedly gave a note to the pharmacy clerk at the East Avenue Walgreens around 5 AM demanding the oxycodone inventory.  The clerk refused.  Officers say the suspect warned the employee not to call police then fled.   No weapons were seen during the attempted robbery.
