Corning Woman Allegedly Stabs Husband in Fight Over a Cat

A knife attack lands a Corning woman in jail on attempted murder charges. Authorities say they responded to a call on McClane Avenue early Sunday morning where 55 year old Mary Oconner allegedly attacked her husband with a pocket knife during an argument over a cat. She reportedly stabbed him in the neck and arm multiple times. She was arrested and booked into the county jail.
