Man Accused of Butte County Double Murder Ordered Held for Trial

A man charged with killing two people at a Butte County pot grow has been held for trial.  21 year old Joel Espinosa is facing two counts of murder following the fatal shooting of two men in Magalia last June. The Chico ER reports the man's defense attorney says Espinosa acted in self-defense.  A trial date could be set later this month.
