Murder Trial Continues in Butte County

A man accused of killing his roommate in Butte County has taken the stand in his own defense.  65 year old John Halsema is charged with fatally shooting Craig Davies in January at a Nelson Bar Road home.  The Oroville Mercury Register reports Halsema testified the shooting was an accident.
