Magalia Pedestrian Hit and Killed by Truck

An elderly pedestrian has died after being struck by a truck in Butte County.   The 81 year old Magalia man was killed Monday afternoon after stepping in front of the pick up on the Skyway.   The CHP tells the Paradise Post the truck's driver was unable to avoid a collision.   The fatal accident shut down the roadway for several hours.
