Butte County Supervisors Could Authorize Landfill Expense

Work gets underway soon on the latest expansion of Butte County's Neal Road Landfill. The Board of Supervisors has already approved the work, it's just a matter of making sure the project is properly paid for. Sang Kim with Butte County Administration says the county is constantly in the process of expanding the landfill. The issue comes before the Supervisors today. The County already has the almost three quarters of a million dollars for the work; it just needs Board authorization to spend it.
