Five Arrested in Connection with Butte County Shooting

Five suspects in a Butte County gang-related shooting have been arrested.  The Sheriff's Office says gang unit detectives have recovered a high powered rifle and charged 5 teenagers with attempted murder and shooting at an occupied vehicle.  The suspects range in age from 14 to 19.    Investigators say the shooting happened last week on the Midway at Hagen Lane...a man reported someone shot at him and his vehicle.
