Governor Brown pushes prop. 30 at Chico State

Governor Jerry Brown is slated to at appear at a Monday afternoon rally at Chico State University. The Governor plans on making his case for Proposition 30 on the November ballot, which would raise sales tax and tax the wealthy to fund education. Monday's rally is scheduled at noon at the Student Services Center Plaza.
