Chico Fire Responds to Two Fires and Upper Park Rescue

Two house fires and a park rescue keep Chico firefighters busy Thursday night.  Chico Fire Inspector Marie Fickert says the two mobile home fires happened on Henshaw Avenue and Tom Polk.  No one was injured in either blaze.    Firefighters were also called to Upper Bidwell Park, after a 26 year old woman fell.

 

 

Fickert says the woman was rescued by helicopter and taken to a Chico hospital.
