Father and Son who Drowned in Biggs Identified

The father and son who drowned this weekend in a Biggs pond have been identified as 54 year old Jesus Rojas and 2 year old Manuel Rojas-Hernandez. The two were reportedly from Live Oak. They were in an inflatable boat late Saturday afternoon in a small pond in Biggs when the boy fell overboard. The man jumped in, got a hold of the boy but couldn't get them into the boat.
