Man Arrested in Connection with Oroville Shooting

A suspect in an Oroville shooting has been arrested.  Oroville Police say 22 year old Angel Zarate was located this week and booked into the county jail for attempted murder.   Lieutenant Al Byers says Zarate is a suspect in a September shooting that injured a 23 year old man. Police say the victim was shot because he was in a relationship with the suspect's ex-girlfriend.
