Chico Council Approves New Noise Ordinance

Chico city leaders approving a new noise ordinance for the city.  The City Council gave final approval to the ordinance Tuesday night.   It calls for a warning before a citation, except if there are two separate complaints, and extends a  warning period to 180 days.
