Pulga Fire

A small vegetation fire burning in Butte County is not far from a wildfire burning in the Feather Falls in Plumas County. The Pulga Fire started Wednesday near Batchlor Point, west of Pulga. The fire has burned almost 2 acres and is 70 percent contained. The fire is reportedly 12 miles from the Tobin Fire burning in the Feather River Canyon. Despite the size of the fire Call Fire officials say the rugged terrain has made containing it more difficult.
