64-year-old Rick Forbes of Grants Pass, Oregon was found dead in his semi-truck earlier this month at the TA Truck stop in south Redding. After an investigation, authorities think Forbes was murdered sometime between Thursday, August 11th and Friday, August 12th. The County's Secret Witness Organization is offering a reward of up to 10 thousand dollars for information leading to the arrest of the person who killed Forbes.
